How to Cancel Your Subscription:
To cancel your subscription and prevent future billings, please contact us via Cancellation. Provide your name and the email address used during registration so we can quickly identify your subscription.
Cancellation Deadline:
Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date. Requests received after this deadline will be effective in the following billing period.
Confirmation of Your Cancellation:
After submitting your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us immediately to ensure your request has been processed.
Collaboration with CCBILL:
We process our recurring subscriptions through CCBILL. If you have any questions or concerns about the billing process, please note that CCBILL may also be involved in handling your cancellation request. Refund requests are individually reviewed and processed by CCBILL's Consumer Support department.

Resubscribing:
If you wish to renew your subscription in the future, you can do so at any time via our website. Please note that the resubscription process is also conducted in coordination with CCBILL
